  1. Medium-Frequency Power Supply: The gantry mesh welder uses a medium-frequency power supply with a compact transformer. This setup benefits the layout of the multi-point welder, simplifies the machine structure, reduces electrode spacing, and greatly facilitates electrode spacing adjustments.
  2. Individual Pressure Cylinders for Each Electrode: Each electrode head is equipped with a dedicated pressure cylinder, preventing uneven pressure caused by differences in electrode height, which could affect welding quality.
  3. High Welding Efficiency: Capable of welding two rows at once, significantly increasing welding efficiency.
  4. Roller Bar Workpiece Conveyance: The machine uses a roller bar to transport workpieces, allowing the entire system to be placed on a production line for fully automated welding.
